same recipe I had before - just lower cholesterol

Recipe Ingredients for chicken, bean & veggie burrito bake

1 lb chicken
16 oz black beans
1 medium green pepper
1 large onion
1 cup brown rice
4 oz cheddar cheese
16 oz refried beans
8 flour tortillas
1 T cumin
1 t chili powder

Recipe Directions for chicken, bean & veggie burrito bake

  1. ?boil a whole chicken - remove white meat

  2. ?shred white meat - set aside

  3. ?cook rice as directed

  4. ?combine black beans, chili powder, corn, peppers, onion, and cumin

  5. ?heat up together and add chicken & rice - combine well

  6. ?spread refried beans on tortilla & add chicken mix - roll up and place in baking dish seam down - top with cheddar cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
