2 Serving Chicken
1 cup Stewed Tomatoes, No Salt Added
1/2 cup Black Beans, Organic
1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 serving 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Bean Mexican Casserole

Toss all but the cheese into a casserole bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Top with cheese for the last 5 minutes. Serve with small salad.
