Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Barbecue

1 tbsp Barbecue Sauce
15 cal Ketchup
0.5 serving Tonkatsu Sauce
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
0.5 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.13 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Recipe Directions for Chicken Barbecue

  1. Mix everything and add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. In a saucepan, pour the marinade in and add a cup of water. When it starts to bubble at the sides, stir vigorously, then add the chicken. Cover, then cook until the marinade dries up.

  3. For an added kick, you can add some cayenne pepper or chili paste, around 1 tbsp.
