Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Bamboo Shoots

1 tbsp sesame oil
6 oz chicken breast
3 celery stalks
8 oz baby corn
17 oz bamboo shoot
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp corn starch
4 oz sake
1/2 cup green onion

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Bamboo Shoots

  1. Cook chicken in skillet with sesame oil.

  2. Mix corn starch in 1/4 cup water and set aside.

  3. Ad everything else to pan and cook on high for 3 minutes.

  4. Pour in cornstarch/water mix and cook until thickened.
