Makes 10 servings



Serve with noodles. Reserve the leftover liquid of the soup. Whisk into some chicken broth to create a sauce to accompany the chicken and noodles. Good for a potluck.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken bake

3 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless
14 oz cream of celery soup
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken bake

  1. grease 9x13 casserole dish with olive oil.

  2. Lay chicken pieces into dish. Arrange pieces so they are about the same thickness.

  3. Pour the soup over the chicken.

  4. Bake 375 degrees for 60-75 minutes or until chicken reaches over 160 degrees.

  5. Set aside to rest for 10 minutes.

  6. Cut chicken into serving sizes.

  7. Reserve liquid to make a sauce for the chicken and side dish.
