Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Avocado Sandwich

2 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared
0.5 tbsp Mayonnaise
0.5 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
0.25 cup slices Cucumber
2 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, frozen
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Chicken Avocado Sandwich

thinly spread mayo on whole wheat bread, dash of pepper, small dash of sea salt, slice 1/2 avocado and enough cucumber to cover bread. pull apart cold already baked boneless skinless chicken breast (last night's leftovers usually work, I use 1/3 of the chicken breast for this sandwich) and lay it on bread with the avocado and cucumber. Enjoy :3
