Recipe Ingredients for Chicken w/ Avocado Salsa

1/2 ONION, DICED
1 ROMA TOMATO, THINLY SLICED
1 AVOCADO, SLICED
300 g CILANTRO, CHOPPED
2 tbsp LIME JUICE
1/4 tsp SALT
1/2 tsp PEPPER
3/4 lb CHICKEN BREAST, COOKED

Recipe Directions for Chicken w/ Avocado Salsa

  1. Cook chicken in desired fashion - baking preferred.

  2. Combine all other ingredients, except the avocado. Add avocado last, and gently mix.
