Brown chicken and onion, then add all other ingredients until tender

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Asparagus

1/4 lb chicken
1 lb asparagus - cooked
1/4 c. onion
1 red bell peppers
1/4 c. mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. tomato

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Asparagus

  1. Directions

  2. Brown chicken large skillet w/chopped onions.

  3. Once browned, add broth and cook (appx 15 mins) until chicken is almost cooked through.

  4. Add asparagus, red peppers, and garlic.

  5. Continue cooking 10 minutes, until chicken is done and asparagus is tender.

  6. Place tomatoes in skillet during last two minutes of cooking.

  7. Sprinkle with vinegar. Top with mozzarella cheese and serve.
