Recipe Ingredients for chicken artichoke

2 cups rice
2 breasts chicken breast
2 artichoke hearts
1 carrot
1/2 onion
4 cups chicken broth
1 dash lemon
1 tbsp cornstarch
50 g spinach
1 tbsp flour
1 dash paprika

Recipe Directions for chicken artichoke

  1. cook rice.

  2. fry onions until lightly browned and see-through in a pot.

  3. add chicken broth, cover.

  4. slice carrots and add to the broth.

  5. roll chicken breasts in flour and paprika. fry.

  6. when broth is boiling, add chicken. cover and let sit at low heat.

  7. when rice is almost done, add spinach, lemon, artichokes, and corn starch. adjust lemon and chicken broth to taste.

  8. serve over rice.
