Four servings as main course, more if used as side dish

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Artichoke Casserole (Original)

2 med onions, coarsely chopped
12 oz marinated artichokes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups chicken, cooked, diced
1 cup milk
2 eggs
6 slice white Bread
6 tbs butter
10 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 oz cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Artichoke Casserole (Original)

  1. Mix together first 4 items.

  2. Mix milk and egg.

  3. Butter the bread and cube

  4. Place 2 slices of cubed bread in bottom of a greased casserole dish, cover with 1/3 chicken mixture plus 1/3 milk mixture, repeat 3 times.

  5. Top with soup, chill over night.

  6. Bake at 350 for 50 min, sprinkle with cheese and bake additional 10 min.
