Chicken and Pasta with spicy arrabiatta sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Arrabiatta

6 chicken breast
1 lb. penne pasta
1/4 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp red pepper flakes (more if you like really spicy, less if you want a milder sauce)
16 oz. diced tomatoes
16 oz. tomato sauce
2 tsp. basil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Arrabiatta

Prepare chicken in preferred method: broil, grill, bake, or coat the chicken with bread crumbs and fry in olive oil. Remove chicken. Sautee garlic. Sprinkle in red pepper flakes. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 can tomato sauce (these will splash a little). Add 1 bunch of fresh basil (or add dried). Simmer 20 minutes. Cook penne. Put chicken in sauce to simmer 10 more minutes then add to penne. Let it sit a few minutes.
