Recipe Ingredients for Chicken w/ Aparagus

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.67 cup Asparagus
1/2 cup Red Roasted Peppers
1 medium raw Tomato Roma
0.5 clove Garlic
1.5 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
0.25 cup Light
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
2 serving Balsamic Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Chicken w/ Aparagus

  1. Cook chicken in skillet w/ broth for 10 mins.

  2. Chop veggies into bite size pieces.

  3. Add veggies and seasonings.
