Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Alfredo

2 chicken breast
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 salt and pepper
1 pound cooked spaghetti
1 tablespoons garlics
1 medium white onion
4 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Alfredo

  1. Cook spaghetti according to instructions.

  2. Rinse chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Cover loosely with flour. Cook to brown on a heated pan with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Set aside.

  3. On the same pan, add one tablespoon of olive oil and cook garlic and onion until tender. Add heavy cream and parmsesan cheese until bubbly. Reduce heat and add chicken plus pepper to taste. Cook 3 minutes or until chicken is heated through.

  4. Drain spaghetti and add chicken with sauce on top. Garnish with parsley.
