A lightened up version of the original

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Alfredo

16 oz chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
14 1/2 oz low sodium chicken broth
1 c fat free half and half
2 T dried parsley
2 cloves garlic
16 oz whole wheat spaghetti
1 c parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Alfredo

  1. Prepare noodles as directed on box.

  2. Poor chicken broth into a bowl and add parsley to rehydrated it.

  3. Spray a skillet with cooking spray, add chicken. Brown until cooked through, add garlic and saute for a few minutes.

  4. Slowly add chicken broth and parsley. Stir. Add half and half. Stir. when warmed through add pamesan cheese. Stir until thick and bubbly. Mix in cooked noodles.
