Creamy chicken alfredo over noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Alfredo with Pesto

3 lb. rotisserie chicken, shredded
10 oz. bowtie pasta
16 oz. alfredo sauce
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/3 cup basil pesto
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Alfredo with Pesto

  1. Boil the bowtie pasta.

  2. Shred the rotisserie chicken and discard bones

  3. Mix the alfredo sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, pesto, and chicken together.

  4. Add the bowtie pasta and mix well.

  5. Spread into a 9x13 pan, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes at 350.

  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle w/parmesan, and return to oven to melt cheese.
