Quick pasta I whipped up. Was delicious! Works best with cooked chicken, but I've grilled a couple pieces of chicken on the George Foreman while making the veggies and pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Alfredo w/ Broccoli, Mushroom and Sun-dried Tomato

1 cup chopped raw Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
1/4 medium raw Onion Red
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
8 pieces Sun-Dried Tomatoes
2 cups Cheesy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Alfredo w/ Broccoli, Mushroom and Sun-dried Tomato

  1. Heat skillet to medium high heat.

  2. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Saute onions and garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

  3. Add mushrooms and saute another minute.

  4. Reduce heat and add pasta sauce and sun dried tomatoes.

  5. Meanwhile steam broccoli in microwave about 2-4 minutes or until vegetables are bright green and cooked.

  6. Add broccoli, basil and cooked chicken to veggie/sauce mixture and toss to coat. Allow to simmer on low while pasta cooks.

  7. Serve pasta with sauce over.
