An easy chicken recipe that's a little different.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Alcopulco

1 pound chicken breasts
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 c. light Sour Cream
4 oz green chillies
3 tbs. flour
3 tbs margarine
2 cups Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Alcopulco

  1. Cut cooked chicken breasts into long skinny pieces, however big you want. Put in the bottom of a cassarole dish. In medium saucepan melt butter then add flour and stir until smooth. Add can of soup, chillies and sour cream. Heat up until it starts to bubble, but do not boil! Remove from heat and pour over chicken. Cover.

  2. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, then remove from oven, pour cheese on top, recover and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  3. We usually eat over rice.
