Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Adobo

2 small onions
1 green pepper
5 Roma tomato
2 fruit+2"+dia key lime
1 tablespoon curry
4 unit+yield+from+1+lb+ready-to-cook+chicken chicken thigh
2 oz rice wine vinegar
1 serving Teriyaki Sauce Veri Veri Teriyaki
4 cup water
2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain

Recipe Directions for Chicken Adobo

Cook chicken in a large dutch oven smooth side down or used pre cooked chicken. Remove and sweat onions and pepper. Brown rice. Chop tomatoes and peel limes with a potato peeler very then and add the peels to the pot. Squeeze the limes add all the liquid. Bring pot to a boil and cover. Reduce heat to low and cover for one hour. Tabasco to taste and serve.
