Filipino dish. This is the easy and quick way. Usually I use real diced garlic and saute that first then add the rest of the ingredients. Also the soy sauce and vinegar measurements are just approximate cos I don't really measure those, I just do it by eye.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Adobo

1/2 pound chicken wings
1 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Adobo

put all ingredients in a pot and boil until Chicken is cooked and liquid is reduced to half or less.
