Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Adobo

1 1/2 lb chicken legs
1/2 cup onions
4 cloves garlic
1/5 cup soy sauce
2 tbspn olive oil
3 oz bay leaves
2 tsp peppercorn

Recipe Directions for Chicken Adobo

  1. Heat oil.

  2. Add onions and garlic until slightly golden.

  3. Add soy sauce, bay leaves and chicken. cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Add peppercorn.

  5. Cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
