Recipe Ingredients for Chicken 77 (Heidi's)

1 1/2 lb chicken breast
3/4 c onion
3/4 c pepper, bell (green)
6 oz beer
15 oz tomato sauce, Hunt's
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tbl basil
1/2 tbl oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt, celery
1 1/2 c rice, minute
1 tbl oil, canola

Recipe Directions for Chicken 77 (Heidi's)

  1. onion and pepper finely chopped. Sautee w/ 1 tbl oil

  2. add remaining stuff, simmer until meat & rice are done

  3. enjoy!
