Recipe Ingredients for Chicken, 10 Minute Szechuan 6oz ck 365 cal

24 oz chicken Breast
1 tbsp Vinegar, white wine or rice wine
3 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1/4 cup Water
3 cloves Garlic, minced
6 Scallions, spring or green onions cut into 1 inch pieces
5 tbsp Soy sauce, low salt
1/4 tsp Pepper, (Cayenne or to taste)

Recipe Directions for Chicken, 10 Minute Szechuan 6oz ck 365 cal

  1. Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Lightly toss with cornstarch in bag to coat. Heat oil in skillet or wok; stir-fry chicken and garlic until lightly browned. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and water.

  2. Cover and cook 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Add green onions and cayenne; cook uncovered about 2 minutes longer.
