Recipe Ingredients for Chicke Pot Pie with Crust

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb chicken breast
16 oz mixed vegetables
1 Pillsbury Pie Crusts All Ready Rolled

Recipe Directions for Chicke Pot Pie with Crust

  1. Cut up chicken in bite sized pieces. saute in skillet for 5 to 7 minutes. Add cans of soup (do not add water or milk), then add mixed vegetables. When ingredients are heated and ready, fold into prepared pie crust, which has been rolled out into a 9 inch pie plate. When filling is even thoughout, then add second pie crust on top and crimp around the edges. prick the top crust with fork several times or cut out at the middle.

  2. 2.Bake in 425 degree oven for 35 minutes or until top is golden. Let cool for 20 to 30 minutes.
