Recipe Ingredients for Chick Chick Salad III

3 cups Chicken, small cubes
2 cups Chick Peas, drained
1 cup Red Onion, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 serving honey lime mustard
1/4 cup vinegar, red wine or cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Chick Chick Salad III

  1. Finely chop the vegetables.

  2. Cut cooked chicken into roughly 1/2 cubes.

  3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and chill overnight.

  4. Add to salad base or serve as a main course.
