Something to do with that can of chickpeas, spare yogurt and cucumbers. Should be good for metabolism too!

Recipe Ingredients for Chick Peas in Yogurt

427 grams boiled chick peas
1 1/2 cups nonfat yogurt
2/5 ounces raw onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
15 black olives
1 cucumber
1 tablespoon benefiber

Recipe Directions for Chick Peas in Yogurt

  1. Chop onions and garlic

  2. Drain and wash a can of Goya Chick peas

  3. add chick peas to onions and garlic and mix

  4. Slice a whole cucumber and add to the mix

  5. slice up black olives and add

  6. Drop in 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (or however much you can handle with yogurt)

  7. Add 1 and a half cup of nonfat yogurt

  8. Mix well

  9. add salt to taste
