4 cups raw spinach
1/2 cup Chick Peas - Dried, Boiled
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 dash of nutmeg
1 teaspoons canola oil

Recipe Directions for Chick Peas with Wilted Spinach, garlic and parmesan cheese

  1. Heat oil in large heavy bottom sauce pan, add chick peas and toast.

  2. Add two cloves garlic, minced.

  3. Add 4 cups Spinach, folding constantly until reaches desired wilted state.

  4. Transfer to bowl and top with cheese and dash of nutmeg.
