Recipe Ingredients for Chick Peas and Mash

82 grams Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
1 cup Potatoes, Mashed, Dehydrated, Flakes
1/4 cup Original

Recipe Directions for Chick Peas and Mash

  1. Pour one cup of chick peas w/ liquid to cover in three cup bowl

  2. Pour in 1/4 cup of egg beaters

  3. Blend in mashed potato flakes

  4. Put a pot or skillet onto medium heat, add cooking spray

  5. Pour in mix and heat; stir occasionally

  6. Cook for 10 minutes or until firm

  7. Serves one as a main dish or two as a side.
