Recipe Ingredients for Chick Peas and Chicken

1 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 tsp Natural Apple Flavored
3/4 cup Fresh Broccoli Slaw
1/2 cup slices Carrots

Recipe Directions for Chick Peas and Chicken

Soak, cook, and prepare Chickpeas. Run them through the Food processor just enough to break them up, so they'll continue to cook completely until tender. Combine pre-cooked chicken with chick pea mixture, add sliced carrotts, 1 cup water, 2 tbs liquid smoke, thai seasoning. Cook until raw carrotts are cooked through and chick peas are completely soft, add broccoli slaw at the end. Only partially cook broccoli slaw so they remain a little crunchy.
