Recipe Ingredients for Chick Pea Tuna Salad

1 Can Chick Peas
1 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
1/2 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
2/3 cup frozen Sweet Peas
1 cup Frozen Cut Corn
1 cup Shredded Carrots
3 oz Real Mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Chick Pea Tuna Salad

Rinse beans and chick peas, chop onion finely. Toss all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. I just add salt n pepper. I rinse the bean salad to remove the oil but the garlic flavour has soaked into the beans.
