Recipe Ingredients for Chick Pea Summer Salad

1/2 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
1/2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 cup, diced Celery
1/2 clove Garlic
1 teaspoon Juice
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Chick Pea Summer Salad

  1. cut 5 stalks celery and 2 whole tomatoes and put into bowl

  2. add a can of organic, low sodium chick peas

  3. put 1/4 cup olive oil, juice from 2 lemons, 2 cloves of garlic and some thyme into NutriBullet and blast it

  4. add the mixture to the bowl and mix together

  5. refrigerate
