Recipe Ingredients for Chick Pea Salad

1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
19 oz chick peas

Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp maple sugar
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Chick Pea Salad

  1. Cut all veggies in small pieces and add chick peas in a bowl

  2. In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients for the dressing

  3. Mix veggies and dressing together; let rest in refrigerator 3-4 hours before serving
