Recipe Ingredients for chick pea salad

19 oz chickpeas,canned
2 cups tomatoes, grape
1 cup mozzarella
1/3 cup red onions, minced
1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for chick pea salad

place ingredients in a large bowl in the order listed and mix well. May be served immediatley, or salad can stand at room temperature for up to 1 hour before serving. Since tomatoes tend to lose their flavor when refrigerated, we recommend you add them at the last minute if you're preparing this salad in advance.
