Recipe Ingredients for Chick Pea Salad

1 T salad oil
1 T balsamic vinegar
2 c chick peas
3 black olives
1/4 c feta cheese
2 T red onion
1 clove garlic
1 tomato
3 T parsley
1 ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Chick Pea Salad

  1. Chop black olives, onion, garlic and tomato.

  2. Add to drained chick peas.

  3. Add oil & vinegar and pepper.

  4. Top with parsley and feta cheese.
