Recipe Ingredients for Chick Pea Salad

18 oz chick peas
8 stalks celery
30 kalamata olives
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 carrots
8 scallions
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Chick Pea Salad

  1. Rinse off chick peas.

  2. Dice all ingredients and combine in bowl.

  3. Drizzle in olive oil and lemon juice (balsamic vinegar works too)
