Recipe Ingredients for Chick Pea Salad

400 grams Garbanzo Beans Chickpeas Drained and Rinsed
1/2 cup Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 small red onion
1 med cucumber
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano

Recipe Directions for Chick Pea Salad

  1. Chop red pepper and cucumber.

  2. Toss all ingredients together.

  3. Salt and Pepper to taste

  4. Chill and serve.

  5. Serves 6
