30 ounce chick peas
1/4 large red onion, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup cilantro
1/3 cup vinegar
1 cup celery, sliced

Recipe Directions for Chick Pea Salad

  1. Drain and rinse chick peas

  2. Dice celery and red onion

  3. Mince cilantro

  4. Put in bowl

  5. Mix all ingredients. Chill.
