Fall soup w/ chick peas, butternut squash, and potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Chick pea & Saffron Soup

1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp saffron
6 cups chicken broth
2 small potatoes
2 cups squash
28 oz canned tomatoes
2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cinnamon
15 oz chick peas

Recipe Directions for Chick pea & Saffron Soup

Saute aromatics, add saffron, then remaining ingredient except for chick peas. Simmer 30 min. Add chick peas, simmer 10 min. Serve
