Recipe Ingredients for chick pea curry

2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp chopped ginger root
1 medium onion chopped
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp flour
2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 cup milk
2 cups chick peas
1/2 cup green peas

Recipe Directions for chick pea curry

drizzle olive oil in frying pan. add chopped onion, garlic and ginger root. Saute until onion is soft. Add peanut butter and stir to melt. Add flour, curry, salt and dry mustard. Mix well. Add milk slowly make a paste and then add remainder of milk. Add chick peas and green peas. cook until thickened. serve over curry rice.
