Recipe Ingredients for Chick Pea Curry

1 cup Dry Chick Peas

Recipe Directions for Chick Pea Curry

grate carrots and zucchini, dice other veggies, I use dry beans soaked over night and cooked for 1.5 hrs as it has no added salt. blanch tomatoes until skin cracks, remove from water, peel skins. Cube veggies, add oil to hot pot, combine onions and cumin seeds in oil, slowly add other veggies and add 1 cup of chicken broth. add curry spices and cook for 30 mins until veggies are soft. add salt to taste.
