16 oz black beans
1 large onion
1 large red pepper
1 large cucumber
4 oz dressing, fat free Italian

Recipe Directions for Chick Pea & Black Bean salad

  1. Chop onion, pepper, cucumber

  2. Mix in bowl with beans & peas

  3. Pour in fat free dressing of choice

  4. season as desired with garlic powder or whatever.
