Recipe Ingredients for Chick pea 2

19 oz chick peas
14 oz hearts of palm
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c lemon juice
2 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp chives
2 scallions chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Chick pea 2

  1. Rinse chick peas and hearts of palm

  2. In a food chopper mince scallions and herbs

  3. Mix herbs with peas and palm

  4. In the chopper, mix oil, juice and mustard until smooth

  5. Pour over pea mixture

  6. Let stand 1 hour to develop flavours
