Recipe Ingredients for Chick of Joky

450 grams chicken breasts
1 potato, sliced
2 medium carrots, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
4 tbsps black pepper, ground
3 tsps salt
1/16 cup of rosemary, chopped
1 tsp cumin
2 tsps thyme
1 cup of brown rice
2 cups of water
2 oz white wine

Recipe Directions for Chick of Joky

  1. place rice in a caserole dish of some sort

  2. put chicken on top of rice ( about 4 skinless, boneless breasts)

  3. chop garlic and add it

  4. add rosemary

  5. add salt

  6. add pepper

  7. chop and add carrots

  8. chop and add potatoes

  9. add cumin if wanted

  10. add thyme

  11. pour 2-3 cups of water over the top

  12. cook for an hour at 350 degrees or a little less at 375
