very tasty but kinda fattening because of the pie crust

Recipe Ingredients for Chichen Empanadas

2 refrigerated pie crust
2 chicken breast
1 green pepper
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheese
1 tbsp Cumin
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Chichen Empanadas

cook and shred the chicken. Dice the pepper and add to the chicken. Mix in the cream and shredded cheese, along with the cumin and salt and pepper. take the refrigerated pie crust and cut into three inch cirlces. stuff with chicken and seal. back at 400 for fifteen minutes
