Recipe Ingredients for chic pea cookies

1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup garbanzo beans
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup white flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for chic pea cookies

  1. blend in food processor peanut butter, garbanzo beans, brown sugar and egg whites. Add vanilla.

  2. mix dry ingredients in to blended.

  3. Add chips and walnuts.

  4. Bake 350 degrees 11 to 13 minutes.
