This is a good day starter. I drink this most morning within the first hour of waking. It really gives you a boost and the protein levels you out. You can always add more chia seed if you want more protein but I keep it at 1 tbl to keep the calories in check.

8 fl oz(240 g) Vanilla
0.5 cup Mixed Fruit
