Chia seeds soaked overnight for a simple - almost tapioca-like - pudding. (Vegan)

Recipe Ingredients for Chia Seed Pudding

2 c oat milk
2/3 c. chia seeds
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Chia Seed Pudding

  1. Put all ingredients in a 1-qt. glass jar with a lid. Tighten the lid and shake well to thoroughly combine.

  2. Pour into a mixing bowl and refrigerate overnight.

  3. When ready to serve, stir well. Spoon into bowls and top with fruit and coconut.
