Recipe Ingredients for Chia Seed Pudding

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup vanilla soy milk
3 medjool dates, pitted
1 banana
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt

Recipe Directions for Chia Seed Pudding

  1. Place the chia seeds in a bowl or covered container.

  2. Blend banana and dates in a food processor or blender with the milk, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Pour this mixture over the chia seeds and stir well.

  4. Let it soak on the counter for at least 10 minutes until thickened, or cover and soak in the fridge overnight. Stir again before serving, and top with fresh fruit and another dash of cinnamon or spices.
