You can make a loaf or burger buns with this delicious recipe

Recipe Ingredients for chia seed bread or burger buns

1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tbsp oil (canola or olive oil)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cups ground chia (from 1/2 cup whole seeds)
3 1/3 cups whole wheat flour(You can substitute half a cup or so for vital wheat gluten if you want a better rise)
1 About 2 Tbsp. sugar or honey(Or agave nectar!)
2 tsp yeast (about 3/4 of a package)

Recipe Directions for chia seed bread or burger buns

add to machine and either set to whole wheat setting or dough setting then seperate into 8 and let rise again for 8 burger buns
