Recipe Ingredients for Chia Rice Pudding

2 cups Vanilla
1/4 cup Chia Seed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup Sticky Rice Medium Grain
1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Chia Rice Pudding

  1. Cook rice as per directions

  2. Put all ingredients into a covered jar

  3. Shake frequently in first 15 mins to disperse chia seeds

  4. Refridgerate overnight - chia seeds will soak up almond milk and thicken

  5. Add shaved coconut, alomnd slivers, and/or berries for a cold breakfast!
