So fun, and easy. Like tapioca pudding only chick full of vitamins, aminos, fiber and plant proteins as well as healthy fat. Also quite filling!

Vanilla

Recipe Directions for Chia Pudding

Put 2 tbs of Chia Seeds in a bowl with a lid, add 1 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk and then close. Shake vigorously and continue to shake off and on for about 10 min. Then put in fridge. Wait an hour or overnight...turns into pudding! Top with fruit and nut butter or drizzle with honey and cinnamon. OR, add cocoa nibs and strawberries!
